JerBer Commissions
WHO AM I?:
I'm Jeremy Wooten, but I go under the internet alias, JerBer (both pronounced like 'bear'. You'd be surprised how many people assume it's pronounced like the baby food).
Anyway, I'm an artist and animator with about 5 years under my belt. I began doing commissions in late 2014, and have been doing it off and on ever since. I graduated from Full Sail University in 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Animation. Currently, I work as a Graphic Designer and Animation Generalist. My goal is to further improve my skills in my craft and to gain more experience.

NSFW:
-NSFW is ok to commission me for. I only ask that requests be tasteful. You MUST be able to prove that you are 18 years of age or older.

BACKGROUNDS:
Backgrounds will generally be basic, with a gradient color/set of colors and shape behind the character to help make them stand out. More detailed backgrounds can be done, but may cost more depending on complexity. This will be discussed before the commission is started or paid for.

ADDING CHARACTERS:
Adding additional characters to a piece will increase the amount that it costs based on the amount of characters. The chart goes as follows:
Adding 1 character: +50% normal price
Adding 2 characters: +75% normal price
Each subsequent character will increase price by 15%
Be sure to ask questions if any clarification is needed!

MAKING CHANGES:
Each piece will be shown to the client at each part of the process, those being:
Concept, Sketch, Line Art, Flat Colors, & Final Draft
Once we come to the end of those steps, you will have the chance to let me know if any changes need to be made.
If a change needs to be made because of any mistakes on my part, I will happily fix it.
Outside of that exception, each step of the commission process has 3 chances for adjustments to be made. Should the client want adjustments to be made beyond that, an adjustment fee of 10% of the individual commission piece's price will be added to the final charge. This rule is in place to prevent indecisive clients from wasting both of our time.
It is NEVER okay to request changes for things after that step has been completing. For example, asking to change the entire design of a piece at the coloring stage would require undoing half of the completed work, ultimately wasting time and effort.

PAYMENT PROCESS:
1. The client and I will discuss what the commission will pertain to, and come to a solid conclusion on what work is being done.
2. Before the commission can be started, 50% of the commission price must be sent to my Paypal accout (jerber7th@gmail.com). This is to ensure that clients don't attempt to scam me or waste time. If the client would prefer to use a service outside of Paypal, it can be discussed.
3. Once payment is confirmed, I begin work on the commission. I go through each of the steps, delivering 'milestones' at the end of each step. If any changes need to be made, they happen before moving on to the next step. If excessive changes need to be made that are not due to mistakes made by me, 10% of the individual commission's price will need to be added to the final payment to accommodate for those changes.
4. Once the 'Final Draft' version of the piece is completed, the client will be requested to make the final payment to my Paypal account (or alternative payment servicer).
5. Once the final payment has been confirmed, I will deliver a ZIP file containing the piece(s) and any files requested along with them. The ZIP file will be sent through a cloud storage, and will be removed from the cloud storage once the client confirms they have downloaded the files. It is the client's responsibility to keep up with their copy of the files.
